VC Associate | Family Office - Brussels, Belgium

We are recruiting for a Venture Capital (VC) Associate on behalf of a Family Office in Brussels. This role is suited to an investment professional with a strong background in early-stage investing, deal sourcing, and portfolio management. The individual will play a key role in identifying and evaluating high-potential investment opportunities in venture capital across various sectors.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Identify, research, and evaluate early-stage and growth-stage investment opportunities, conducting in-depth due diligence and financial modelling.
• Support deal execution, including term sheet negotiations, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and tracking performance metrics.
• Work closely with founders, co-investors, and industry experts to develop investment theses and assess market opportunities.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, innovation, and disruptive technologies in target sectors.
• Prepare investment memos and reports for internal stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
