We are recruiting for an In-House Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of a WealthTech firm in the United Kingdom. This role is suited to an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in hiring for fintech, SaaS, or financial services roles. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals across various functions.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within WealthTech, fintech, or financial services.
• Develop and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Implement talent attraction strategies, leveraging direct sourcing, employer branding, and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to ensure a fair and equitable hiring process.
• Manage candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to enhance hiring strategies.
